Basmati Rice Exporter India — 1121 Long-Grain (Launching 2027)

BlueNexus Agro is preparing to launch as a basmati rice exporter from India in 2027, extending our spice-export compliance backbone to long-grain rice. This page is a roadmap, not a stock listing — we are not yet shipping basmati rice. If you are sourcing a 1121 basmati exporter for 2027 and beyond, you can register interest now and we will bring you into the programme as the first harvest is contracted.

Our planned line leads with 1121 basmati — the extra-long-grain variety most in demand across the GCC, and the grade buyers mean when they search for a basmati rice exporter India. Non-basmati (sona masoori, IR64) is planned alongside. Everything below is the intended specification; final figures publish as the harvest programme is signed.

Grades & customisation

Specify the grade — we mill to it.

Planned grades centre on 1121 basmati — raw, steamed and sella/parboiled — with average grain length, moisture, broken percentage and aging declared per lot once production starts. Sourcing is planned from the Punjab, Haryana and Western UP belts under the same named-farm, lot-traceable model we use for spices.

Packaging & container loading

PP/HDPE 5–50 kg, container-ready.

Planned packing is non-woven PP and jute bags from 5 kg to 50 kg, plus retail consumer packs, container-ready from Mundra — the same logistics lane as our spices.

Certifications & documentation

Compliance, lot by lot.

The rice programme will ship under FSSAI and APEDA documentation with CoA, Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin, mirroring our spice export paperwork. Destination-specific requirements such as fumigation will be built into the launch spec.

See our full quality & certifications system for the certificate list, lab process and traceability model.

Shipping & ports

FOB Mundra, CIF/CFR worldwide.

Loading is planned FOB Mundra with Pipavav and Kandla as alternatives, and CIF/CFR on request — the same ports and Incoterms as our current spice exports.

Ports, Incoterms, MOQs and lead times are detailed on our export capabilities page.
