1. Acceptance of terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. No contract until counter-signed

Any quote, proforma invoice, or sample dispatch issued by BlueNexus Agro is an invitation to treat, not an offer or acceptance. No binding contract is formed until both parties counter-sign a written agreement specifying SKUs, quantities, pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms.

3. Product specifications

Product specifications, lead times, MOQs, and origin claims published on this site are indicative and subject to seasonal and lot-to-lot variation. The binding spec for any shipment is the spec sheet attached to the corresponding proforma invoice.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — copy, layout, brand marks (BlueNexus Agro, Chhava), photography — is owned by BlueNexus Trading LLP or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose it without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueNexus Trading LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information shown here. Liability under any executed supply contract is governed by that contract's terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
