Ordering, MOQ, and how we quote.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Single whole or ground spices: 1 MT per SKU. Blended masalas: 500 kg per SKU. Private label: 2 MT per SKU. For a mixed-product container, the per-SKU minimum drops to 500 kg as long as the container fills to ~16–18 MT total.
Can I order a mixed-product container?
Yes. You can combine multiple SKUs into one container so long as each line item meets the 500 kg per-SKU minimum and the total reaches ~16–18 MT (a standard 20-foot FCL).
What Incoterms do you offer?
EXW (Rajkot pickup), FOB (preferred — Mundra / Pipavav), CFR, CIF, and DAP. Quotes default to FOB unless you specify otherwise.
What are your payment terms?
30% advance with the PO, 70% against scan of Bill of Lading. LC at sight is accepted for established buyers. Terms are negotiable for repeat or annual-volume contracts.
How do I request a quote or a sample?
Two routes. (1) Add products to your cart on the catalogue and submit shipping + Incoterm preferences via Request a Quote — we respond with FOB pricing within 48 hours. (2) For physical samples, use Request a Sample with your shipping address; we dispatch within 2–3 business days.
Lead times, ports, and container math.
What's your typical lead time?
Stock items: 7–10 days from PO to FOB. Made-to-order blends and private-label production: 21–28 days. Lead times are confirmed at quote stage based on current production load.
Which ports do you ship from?
Three ports are within 200 km of our Rajkot facility: Mundra (preferred), Pipavav, and Kandla. We can also arrange inland transit to Nhava Sheva if a buyer's freight forwarder is consolidating there.
How much do you load per container?
A 20-foot FCL holds ~16–18 MT of spice powders (varies with bulk density). Whole spices pack less densely because of internal voids, so they load lower — typically ~12–16 MT per 20-foot. A 40-foot HC roughly doubles those numbers up to the weight cap. Loadability is listed per-product in the specifications table on each product page.
Which markets do you currently ship to?
Active markets: United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Singapore, and Malaysia. Markets in qualification (sampling in progress): Australia, Germany, Kenya, South Africa, and Japan. We're open to new destinations subject to import-regulation review.
Testing, documentation, and customisation.
Are products lab-tested?
Yes — every batch is tested for moisture, ASTA colour (where applicable), oil content, microbial load, and admixture. Aflatoxin and pesticide-residue testing is available on request. Lab parameters are listed in the specifications table on each product page.
What documentation ships with each order?
Every container includes Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and packing list. Destination-specific paperwork (FDA Prior Notice for US, halal endorsement for GCC, EU traceability docs, etc.) is prepared on request and included in the container documents.
Do you offer private label or custom blends?
Yes. Private-label production starts at 2 MT per SKU — we pack under your brand with your artwork and label spec. Custom blend formulation (your recipe or ours) starts at 500 kg per SKU. Lead time for both is 21–28 days from artwork sign-off.
What packaging options are available?
Retail packs (100 g / 250 g / 500 g / 1 kg) in PP / PET / kraft pouches. Bulk packs in 5 kg / 10 kg / 25 kg PP or HDPE bags, optionally with inner food-grade liners. Industrial drums (30–50 kg) and jute sacks for high-volume buyers. All packaging is food-grade and FSSAI-compliant; custom packaging available against your spec.
